1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Riviewgenx ("Service"), operated by ODICHAT AI LAB PRIVATE LIMITED, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Riviewgenx provides a platform that helps businesses collect and manage Google reviews from their customers. The Service includes tools for creating review collection links, managing keywords, and facilitating the review submission process.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Riviewgenx offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Tier: 45 days trial per shop with full features
• Pro Plan: ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year per shop
• Agency Plan: ₹1,999/month or ₹19,999/year for unlimited shops

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Create fake or fraudulent reviews
• Incentivize customers to leave positive reviews only
• Violate Google's review policies or terms of service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Riviewgenx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riviewgenx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
