Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period

Riviewgenx offers a 45-day free trial for each shop. During this period, you can access all features without any charges. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

2. Subscription Plans

After the free trial, you can choose from:

  • Pro Plan: ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year (per shop)
  • Agency Plan: ₹1,999/month or ₹19,999/year (unlimited shops)

3. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under "Subscription Management" or by contacting our support team at support@reviewgen.com

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining days of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period

5. Refund Policy

5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund.

5.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the initial payment
  • This is your first paid subscription with Riviewgenx
  • You have not violated our Terms and Conditions
  • The Service has not been used excessively or abusively

5.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Subscription renewals (only first-time subscriptions are eligible)
  • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period
  • Cancellations made after the 7-day refund period
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after the 7-day period

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@reviewgenx.com with your account details
  2. Include your order ID and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

7. Payment Failures

If a subscription renewal payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You will be notified via email before any suspension or cancellation.

8. Downgrades

If you downgrade from Agency Plan to Pro Plan or from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for the difference in pricing.

9. Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or interruptions caused by Riviewgenx (not including scheduled maintenance), we may provide service credits or refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
