Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under "Subscription Management" or by contacting our support team at support@reviewgen.com
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund.

If a subscription renewal payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You will be notified via email before any suspension or cancellation.
If you downgrade from Agency Plan to Pro Plan or from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for the difference in pricing.
In the event of extended service outages or interruptions caused by Riviewgenx (not including scheduled maintenance), we may provide service credits or refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
